Extract: Italian version is the reference one

1) ORDERS:
Lots offered on www.gaidocodacanati.it are net and expressed in euro VAT include.
Orders must be received by post, email, or using our web cart. Phone orders must be confirmed in written.
Lots are available until sold.
Stamp those characteristic are simple, we use a sample image, those lots are always indicated.

2) PAYMENT:
Payment must be received within in 15days, we don’t accept non Italian checks.
We can offer payments extension for lots valued from 500 euro, without additional fees. Lots will shipped when payment is completed.
We’ll keep 1% month on grand total for uncompleted extended payment.

3) SHIPPING:
Shipping is chose and paid by buyer between following methods:
Posta Prioritaria (priority mail)
Posta Raccomandata (registered mail)
Posta Assicurata (Insured mail)
Standard insurance cover up to 50 euro, not available for USA and some other countries.
Express Courier (TNT)
Additional service such as full insurance, different courier, must be asked before buying.
Lots can be collected for free in our office in Milan, Rome, Biella or Turin or during exhibitions where we participate, by simple appointment.
Risk connected with shipping such as lost or damage are exclusively held by buyer. Buyer is also responsible for every importation duty, he has to pay in his country.
Shipping costs are not negotiable.

4) PACKAGING:
Packaging is made with greatest accuracy. Stamps or covers are reinforce with triple card board, and we use with 12X18 envelopes.
Different methods must be asked before buying, eventual additional costs, also connected with shipping method, must be paid by buyer.

5) CATALOGS NUMBERS:
Catalogue number used for Italy and his area is Sassone, sometimes we use Unificato, C.E.I., Bolaffi or Longhi that are always indicated.
For Frances we use Cérès and his colonies Yvert et Tellier, for Switzerland Cantonals Zumstein, for Germany and Austria and his area Michel, for Great Britain and his area Stanley Gibbons, for other European Countries Yvert et Tellier, for the rest of the world Scott catalog.
We don’t accept complaints for misunderstanding catalogue numeration, so please ask in case of doubt.

6) QUALITY AND TYPES:
Lots offered are classified in respect of its quality. Explanation and examples can be found here ::::::::::::
Types (cover, piece, mint hinged, used ecc..) are expressed by symbols, you can find explanation here ::::::::::
We don’t’ accept complaints for misunderstand symbols, in case of doubt, please ask.

7) RETURN:
Lots can be returned for any reason in 14day before received, and up to 1 year for lots not corresponding to description.
Stamp must be returned in the same condition of when it was sold by us.
Cost and risk of sending back lot is due to buyer.

8) GARANTIES, EXPERTS MARKS AND CERTIFICATES:
Lots published on website are granted authentic, most expensive ones comes with an expert certificate or pencil mark on back from the most important experts.
Further expertise can be asked, cost is due to buyer, and payment for that must sent before.

9) VIEWING AND LITIGATION:
Lots can be viewed in our offices by appointment or during exhibition.
We travel for important deal.

In the event of any litigation, the courts of Milan shall have the sole jurisdiction
